Full Body Barbell Workout

This one's for those boys who like to lift; but keep things simple. This workout fully revolves around...you guessed it, the barbell, which means you can basically stay at the same rack for the whole duration.  FYI this is rank!

Warm Up

Complete a full mobility warm up. You should ensure your back, hip flexors, ankles and upper bodies are well warmed up, as well as your normal stretches.

Session:

Set 1

1.a Deadlift

1.b Clean Pull

1.c Hang Snatch

1.d Reverse Lunge

1.e Push Press

Do 8 reps of each exercise back to back, rest 90 secs and start next set. Do a total of 4 rounds.

Set 2

2.a Bulgarian Split Squat

2.b Bench Press

2.c Deadlift

2.d Inverted Row

Do 10 reps of each exercise back to back, rest 90 seconds and start next set. Do a total of 3 rounds.
